The Matrix CMS is a multi-user application to simplify and streamline your product publishing process.

It contains a digital content management system which allows you to store product information and graphics, and use this information for a variety of channels such as Print, Web, Call Centre, Warehouse, Packaging or Store.

Storing and managing this data isn't the only challenge we can solve. The Matrix CMS helps manage the workflow of sending data to these channels. Receiving information from back-end systems such as stock levels, sales and prices, and publishing data back out to other systems for use in areas such as e-commerce or sales analysis. The sign off of text, images and page proofs is all handled digitally with access rights controlled throughout the system and the version and change controlling is all tracked and audited.

Catalogue creation is automated with images and text placed onto the page automatically styled and then a link is established between the system and the page making future updates simple and error free.

The overall effect is that designers are free to create compelling designs, data is accurate, websites are updated quickly, production time is reduced and deadlines are met.
