Once data is exported to the page it holds an invisible link back to the database. This means that at the click of a button, text amends and price updates can be made instantly. It also allows quick and easy currency and language changes so you can reach overseas markets with the minimum of fuss.
The CMS also offers significant time saving with the facility to automatically create an index of your catalogue pages. For example, these can be part number, alpha-numeric, vendor or cross-reference indexes.
Finally once the printed publication has been completed, the page previews which have helped speed the production process, are now available to the rest of the business for online catalogues, call-centre staff and page space analysis.
